Weight Loss Tools

:smile: Hi all! I'm relatively new to this journey and MFP. I just completed a fitness challenge at my work and lost about 10 pounds. I'm still being supported by my work friends, but it is up to me to continue on. This is going to be a challenge for me.

So, that being said, I'm a person that believes in "having the right tools for the job". What are some things (other than motivation and supportive family/friends) that have really helped you jump start your weight loss? I' thinking things like DVDs, fitness tools, foods, etc..

    Welcome to MFP. Congrats on your 10 lbs loss.

    Other than support and motivation, what other tools you use is really up to you. For exercise, find what you enjoy doing as you're much more likely to stick to doing that, as far as foods are concerned, all I can really say is don't starve yourself and don't be discouraged if you go over your daily calorie goal, there's always the next day.
