So, I am in the weight i want to be, and I am happy with my body except for my belly!!!! grrr... It just seems that it does not matter how hard I try, how healthy i eat and exercise , it just won't go away!!!! = S.
I was reading online about this belly fat and according to this information this fat can be very stubborn, but what can you do about it? Whole grains are suppose to be good for that, but beside cereal what other sources of food contain whole grain?
Is there anything else I should be doing to speed this process. I have been exercising, running everyday and doing the biggest looser....
I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help me oh you WISE people... ( lol)

Unfortunately, this will be the last to go. You can do some core and ab excerises to tone up the muscle under the fat. But you just have to keep doing cardio to get rid of it. We just had a thread about this not too long ago. I'll try and find the link for you.

Whew, that was a little hard to find...

There were some suggestions there to help.

Yep, everyone has a trouble spot, that's mine too. It will take a long time to truely get rid of it. There isn't anything you can really do to speed up the process, just keep working out, I know you said you are where you want to be weight wise, but if you keep trying to build good muscle, keep working out, and keep your calories somewhere between maintenance and about 150 calories below maintenance, then eventually it will go away. It can take a year or so depending on how long you have had it for. Basically as the fat ages, blood vessel move further and further away (there is nothing to supply in fat, as fat doesn't really need blood other then as a transport medium) and the fat compresses making it harder and harder to get at. Your body will pick at it until it's gone, but it can take a while.
