I saw the ad tv and I am tempted to buy it. Does this really work or is it just a waste of money?

I've heard that movement like that over a period of time can actually hurt your spine. I'm not 100% sure, but I heard that, and it may be worth looking into.
    Good luck!

Thanks I will definitely look in to that. It looked so good in the commerical, but I don't want to buy something and then hurt my back.

I see them all the time in Goodwill if that's any indication. I have used it and felt absolutely nothing. No burn, No sweating, No shortness of breath. If I am exercising and feel no different during the exercise, I don't think it's doing anything. Either that or I am really that tough!!

Does a fair job but i find it uncomfortable. I prefer the Abwheel.
    The Abroller is good also.
