30 Day Shred Question

Sometimes it's almost impossible for me to work out everyday even if it's 30 minutes (plus or minus)!
I started JM's 30 Day Shred DVD and missed today's workout because there was no time (sick hubby on top of everything). Do you think I should start over tomorrow (day 1) or continue on like I never missed a day.....?
Would just like some input!

I've been doing 30DS for a week, and have missed two days. I still counted yesterday's workout as Day5, but I don't think I'll move up to level 2 at Day 11 anyway.0

Continue like you did not miss a day. I plan for 5 days a week with 2 rest days. I was having great results and on D6L2 before I got sick.0

I would continue and add a day to the end. Hope all is well0

I guess I'm doing it wrong but I'm counting each day I work out as one, so it'll be longer than 30 days.0

i shred one day, run the next, even for a few minutes.. so i shred alternate days.... slower results but its all i can do with my crazy life.....0

Keep going, she sais in one of the videos, I can not remember which that you should work out for 6 days a week. And really your body needs a break. So you are fine. You know if you are feeling guilty you can do a set of jumping jacks and push ups so y ou get your heart rate up.
I am also doing to 30 shred, looking forward to seeing what happens. Good luck0 -
I also shred 4-5 days per week. I make it a point to rest 2 days because the workout, even though it's easy exercises are intense since it is cardio, strength and abs all rolled into one. But, I have also decided to do 5 extra days onto the workout Level 1. I will be doing 15 days on level 1 then I am moving on to level 2. That's how I am using the workouts. You are supposed to shred 10 days on level 1, 10 on 2 and 10 on 3 then start over. But, because I'm beginning, I am going to make this last a little longer. I'll also go back down to level 1 if level 2 is too hard. Just do what you think you can do, all that really matters is thatyoure trying and youre exercising at least 3 times a week.0

to anyone who can do it 30 straight go for it! I am single with two kids and work FT so I was lucky to work out on monday then started the shred t-th..I HAD to rest on Friday b/c my calf muscle was so sore I was afraid I was going to turn it into an injury....I think going a few days then resting one day is good. Today (sat) I worked out in the morning and finished the shred about 8 hrs after my gym work out. But I'm no expert..lol..IMO you don't want to risk injury.0

I skip days due to to stuff going one once in a while and continue on. I will add days to the end though just because.0

When I first started I missed days here and there... so when I missed a day I didn't count it. Like I did day 1... missed day 2 so the next time I did it I counted that as day 2.0
