Bowflex Heart Rate Monitor

Hello All MFP's: I recently purchased a Bowflex Heart Rate Monitor and I am having difficulty following/understanding how to get my information from it. If anyone has one, drop me a line if you don't mind.. I would really love to be able to use it for calories burned and such. But can't figure it out... Thanks in advance....
