How to place a smiley/emoticon

I just found this smiley and thought how fun it would be to explain how to place a smiley!

if you find a http code for a picture, smiley or emoticon all you have to do is add the before and after img tags!! Just like smileykins above is showing us!

Newbies are always asking how to place them. I actually took a class on here with Marla years ago. Shorerider was a member and she was ever so patient with us people who had a hard time double clicking.........let alone placing a picture
