YouTube workout videos?

I don't really have a lot of time to work out so I've been trying to find exercises that I could do in my dorm room (which is pretty small) and I found this video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5NuC9n-3r8

I'm just wondering, how effective would this be? My goal is to pretty much to lose about 10 lbs. and tone up (especially the midsection).


Any input/advice would be very much appreciated!! :)
