hey im new :) but need some help :)

im 21 5'6 and weight 147
i started at 165 but have managed to lose it on my own in less then a year
i want to get down to 130 will this be a ok weight ?
and am i over weight now
those body charts confuse me

    What you need to find out is your body fat percentage above 20% and below 25% is ideal for women. Get one of those scales that measures that to find out what weight you want to be at.

    Also if you have a measuring tape there are a few places online where you can estimate you body fat percentage using your measurements.
