Hi! I'm Lori. I am fairly new to the site. This is my first post, here goes lol.
I'm an army wife and mother of 2 (11 and 8 year old). I started juicing fresh fruits and veggies on Valentine's day and I lost 4.5 lbs the first couple of weeks. I was doing juices for breakfast and lunch and raw whole fruits for snacks then eating a regular dinner of meat and veggies. I wasn't counting calories and I was working out and doing cardio 4-5 days a week. Then I didn't lose any more until last week I lost another 2.5 lbs. I was still juicing in the mornings but I would drink a protein stake for lunch after my workout then a regular dinner and I was counting my calories. I'm happy with how it's going and I feel GREAT! This site has helped me so much because I can SEE my calorie intake, It's awesome!! I hope to meet other motivated people who want to get fit and stay healthy!
