I'm chuffed.
I reached a normal BMI a couple of weeks ago but didn't see it as an achievement really as I am still carrying weight which needs to go.
But the more I think about it the more of an achievement it is.
I used to be 15 st 6 lbs at my heaviest (216 lbs) with a BMI well over 30. (About 5 years ago)
I'm currently 11 st 1lb (155lbs) and look much better.
I have a wobbly belly and my hips block out the sun from the right angle but I feel much better and I think life is better due to energy and outlook.

I'm not focussing on the numbers anymore - just the fit of my clothes as I am toning up too.

Thanks to all of you for the support and for reading this self indulgent message.

Well done and great to hear you not just focusing on the scales - I am bad for that I must admit!!
Your are doing fantastic and are always so dedicated :-)

Last time I weighted, I was 1lb away from a heathy BMI... Obv at the heavy end but in there nevertheless...
Had a bad few weeks though with being ill and eating crap so not so sure I will have made it :-(

    Give yourself a break, Pen!
    :O)
    Don't beat yourself up.

I'm obviously at the heavy end of the BMI scale. Only just green! :O)

You will do it too. x
