Any Carb Ideas?

Okay...here is what I have left for today...

519 calories
94 carbs
8 fat
19 protein

I'm gonna be doing cardio later with a friend and will have about 200 more calories added. I always have this problem in the evening ....more carbs than anything else.

Any ideas? Help! :tongue:

    Isn't it funny.....I always thought carbs were the problem until I found this site. :laugh:

    lucky you girls! carbs are always a problem for me, by evening I have about 600 calories and 30 carbs :mad:, I have been loosing 3 to 4 pounds a week so I really don't understand how this whole thing works. It's really hard to balance all:sad:

    potatoes of some kind... They are filling and relatively low in fat if they are prepared the right way... Just an idea. Good luck girls:smile:
