OxyElite Pro with 1200/day calorie intake

I just wanted to post and see if anyone else has had any success taking this diet supplement. I have only been taking it for three days and I have already lost 4.8 pounds. And all I have done is take the pill once in the morning and stay under my calorie intake. I have maybe worked out once for 15 minutes doing the walk at home DVDs. I plan on starting to workout more once the weather gets better where I can actually go for real walks. I started taking this after my friend went from 200 pounds to 134 in a little more than three months. I just had a baby girl 5 months ago and found myself weighing 200 pounds recently. It's a very serious drug. My husband is in the marines and so is her boyfriend. They take it when they have weight to lose before a weigh in. Thanks!

In 3 days, the weight you have lost is almost certainly water you were retaining. Sounds like you are doing well, though, keep it up!0

I feel like it was water weight. I'm sure I have more of it. After drinking all this water and nothing else for the past 3 days. Thank you! (:0

Have you read the ingredients in that stuff? You are messing with your thyroid, big time! I used to work in a vitamin store and all those "fat burners" are nothing a young woman should be messing with! Even those the ingredients are "natural" they alter your t-3 and t-4 hormones! Basically what you are doing is messing around with your whole hormonal system! I'm not a doc and don't pretend to be but....I know how this stuff works and it can be very dangerous! You just might permantly alter how your thyroid works, and after you stop taking them, there's achance that the damage done to your thyroid could be permanment. Is that 20 lbs lost (and you could gain it all back and then what if can't lose it again cause your thyroid is damaged?), is it really worth it? Be very careful about these "thermogenic" products! They can ruin your thyroid, ask any reputable doctor, and see what he or she says ablout all these "miracle fat burners" Check out this link and read for yourself. Just a little concerned, hon.....:flowerforyou:
