I don't know why this happens....I get up in the morning, use the bathroom, weigh myself and I am x amount of weight. If I wait another hour or so, don't eat anything, don't drink anything, don't use the bathroom again and weigh myself, I am like a pound lighter! How could I loose a pound in an hour doing absolutely nothing?

I have exactly the same thing happen. Don't understand it. I usually get up around 3 or 4am to use the bathroom or get a drink of water, so a lot of times I get weighed. Go back to bed. Sleep for another hour. Get up. Get weighed again. Usually exactly one pound lighter. Makes no sense. But not complaining!0

Same thing for me. If I weigh myself right after I do my business versus waiting about an hour after, I am a good 1-2 lbs lighter.0

Yep, I often wonder if it has to do with my muscles and joints being swollen (retaining water) when I get up after being in bed all night. I like to walk around a bit before I get on the scale to loosen things up and try to get the lowest number possible.0

This is exactly why I don't weigh myself very much. Every couple of months or so. That scale is evil!! I was making myself crazy, worrying about every little flucuation.. So now I don't weigh. I go by how my clothes are fitting, better and better! I know I'm shrinking, I can feel it. But that evil scale makes me nuts! Yep, I'm a "recovering scale *kitten*"!!! LOL:laugh:0
