    Unfortunately yes! My ex...and he even admitted that he pretended to be someone he wasn't because he knew I wouldn't marry him if I knew the "real" person he was.

    um...no. But I do find stuff out about people's health that I have to keep secret to keep my job. I found out that one of my friend's dad's has cancer and that person did not know about it and I couldn't tell them.
