Help setting calorie goals

I've lost 12 pounds so far and my calories for the day have dropped by 100. It really seems low for me considering my weight, activity level, etc. I do have a desk job but I am active otherwise constantly. My BMR is 1700, calories are 1350. Does that make sense? Also why does MFP have 55% on carbs, isn't that high? Protein should be about 40 no? How should I tweak this to make it "right" for me? THank you MFP buddies.

MFP gives the percentages they do because they have to enter something, and what they have can work, but if you click
home... goals... change goals.... custom.... enter the percents you want I've got 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat, gives me the protein I want at 0.5 grams per pound of body weight.
If 1350 seems low for calories work out and eat your exercise calories!0
