hello everyone, i am new to mfp and not really sure what i am doing or what needs to be done. i am here to help keep track of my goals that i have set for myself, but most of all i am here to make friends and share my strengths and support with others and also recieve any strengths and support for all. i have had a long journey that started a yr ago in june. through that first yr i tried to do what was needed to be done, i quit smoking quit drinking my sodas and tried to loose the weight i needed to, but was only able ato loose a total of 30lbs before the actual adventure was to begin.
