Did you know you can use a jcloth to make it
Buy a low fat plain yogurt, cover bowl in jcloth with rubber band and put yogurt on it. Let it sit overnight the liquid will drain and you have Greek yogurt

Seen this on Yahoo page lol

I should really try this. Greek yogurt is my go to lunch when I have plans at night and am trying to reserve some calories.

You can also do this with a coffee filter and a strainer. It works great. Just line a strainer w/ the coffee filter, dump in the yogurt (I buy the 32oz tubs of yogurt because it's cheaper), and put a bowl underneath to catch the water for a couple hours in the fridge.. Dump out the water, put the yogurt back in the container, and it is SO much thicker.

    Or use a cheese cloth.
