Hi there, a question to those who have done Banish fat and No more trouble zone.
My right knee is just healing from a mild injury and it is still not fully healed (I can still hear some crackling there sometimes when I move it) but my MD said I can go back to working out. My question now, compared to 30 Day Shred which I have finished last month, will I manage doing either of Banish fat and No more tz?
I am just too eager to work out again but I am scared and I don't want to push it and aggravate my knee even further.
Thanks!

I've only done 30ds, but I would personally recommend lower impact exercises for at least a week so your knee gets used to moving like that again. Just my opinion though!0

They have a lower impact option for all the exercises. I would go ahead and work up to the higher impact. No more trouble zones is less than Boost Metabolism. Listen to your knee, if it feels like too much don't push it.0

banish fat has a lot of jumping and nmtz has a lot of squating and lunges, so If your kneee is healed give it a go...and get that calcium!!0

What about Jillian Michael Yoga DVD? Yoga is low impact, but Jillians never easy on you...... :-)
