My name is Caila..i'm new to this..i've been using it for about a week now & I love it! it's so helpful..I'm 24 years old..5'3 and currently weigh around 176lbs! My goal is to lose about 35-40lbs. I just recently had surgery to get my appendix removed so i've been slackin' with the gym! I just started going again thursday! I plan on going at least 3-5 times a week for an hour or so! I've always struggled with weight loss, but it's time for me to get my butt in gear & lose the weight that I want to! I'd like to be healthier & have more confidence in myself! I know i'll eventually get there! :O)
