I challenge anyone who will (or can) to walk at least 1 mile a day, 5 days a week! More than a mile if you like. You can do it by treadmile, eliptic, or just the ol fashioned walk in the park. We should report our activity, what we used, the amount of weight we lost, and the end result once a week. If we do this once a day, 5 days a week, that is equivilant to 5 miles a week and 20 miles per month! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!! ANY TAKERS????? Since  we are starting this challenge tomorrow, I think Mondays would be a good day to report our results.

I'm in Sherri! I have been striving to walk at least 3 days a week, going progressively farther, to prepare for a 5k. If I can commit to this challenge, it will definitely help keep me accountable. I'm off to a good start with 2 miles on the treadmill today. I will make a point to report in at least every Monday. We can do it!!

Thats AWESOME!!! Since I also posted this in Fitness and Exercise and got a better response there, I think we should post about this topic over there. I put it in both forums to see which one would be the better response and well, alot of people have responded to the Mile-A-Day challenge over there. I am taking as many people as I can get for this challenge. No limits on the number of people. So, if you could podt your results and anything you want about this challenge in the Fitness and Exercise forum under the Mile A Day Challenge, that would be great! Thanks for joining and GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
