    Ok, so it poured out tonight and I did not get my exercise in...so I am officially going to post my log tomorrow. I just didn't want you to think you were all alone after all the hubub this afternoon:flowerforyou: Talk to you tomorrow!

    Tuesday no good Due to the beer Work was tough:drinker:

    1618 cals only 200 burned

    I will put alot more in the workout today....... Its amazing how just doing sit up and push up can make you feel like a truck run over ya twice. I did have an active day chasing the two year old around the house. I have a bad time trying to eat dinner early. By the time I get both kids to bed it is 930pm. Then I eat....by the time I get to bed it is 11:00... Up By 4:30am.... This is a bad cycle..

    Hi- here is yesterdays stats: 966 cal consumed... i went over one on the fat!
    300 cal burned... but it doesnt include all the cals i burned while i did my strength training.. but w/e.

    Today: I was sore, so i took a break from working out.
    consumed 866 cals. went over 10 on protein is that, that bad! he he

    I hope everyone is having a good week!

    Well I guess im going to join up with you guys!!

    Today I burned 643cals and I consumed 1,857, so I went over my cals by 14! (and Im sure a little more cause I had a homemade treat, not sure what it is haha)

    Thursday: cals consumed 850... cals burned 250... i was moving all day, and i was excited to see that counts on here! I was like man i am getting a work, out- up and down two flights of steps all day with boxes and bags! YAY! Hope everyones week is going well! Its friday!!!

    Thursday...Cals in 1463...Cals burned...101. Went a little over yesterday, after some dissapointing news:-( I am doing much better today though! Keep up the good work everyone!

    ahh.. the weekends are so hard!
    friday: 1250 cals consumed... went out for a few drinks! ehh
    sat: 1060 consumed, 0 burned... well i have been unpacking soo no time! hope you all are having a fun weekend!

    monday is soo soon!
  • I am finally back in town and able to get online again. I am so glad you guy check in often that is a huge motivation for me.

    calories consumed 1269 (over by 69)
    no exercise (I was just too caught up studying. Before I knew it the day had passed me by.)

    Tomorrow I have cardio in the morning and weight training at night. With all that exercise, I get a few extra calories which is always nice!

    Good luck tomorrow. Remember everyday is one day closer to our goals!

    cals consumed: 1257 over on my protein again... lol... its the cheese!
    cals burned: 139 plus 100 crunches and 20 pushups!

    im scared for weigh in... GL everyone! A new week ahead!
  • So I weighed in this morning and I am up to 168. OUCH. I know I enjoyed my holiday but it still stings. Hopefully once my tom is over it will be back down.

    Weighing in heavy makes it so hard for me to stay motivated. My goal for today is to avoid comfort food!

    Weighing in...Last week...177.5 lbs...this week... 177 lbs...down a 1/2 lb....not a lot...but it's something! That breaks my 5 week plateau! This weekend did not help traveling, so this week is going to be great! Hope you all have a great weigh in!:happy: :happy:

    HI- i was 125.8 and now 122.8.. 3lbs!
    I have been really good about eating, but i really need to step it up on the working out!
    I challenge myself... and if any one wants to join: that i will work out 4x this week for 30 mins or more!

    K.L. good job, over the weekend wasn't to great for me either, i didn't lose anything, just stayed the same (which im ok with) but i think your right, we will have a great week!

    Have you ladies/ gent checked out the hungry girl website, it has lots of fun recipes, i made one last night, it was so good, easy, low cal, and cheap!
