1/2 Way & Still Going Strong

So 60 days ago I was the kind of person that only got physical activity during the summer, would go all day without eating...then consume 1500 calories from 8-11pm, and drank coffee nonstop. I had chestpains and basically was headed for an early grave. Today I eat 6 times a day, exercise 45-60 minutes 5-6 days a week. I feel like a brand new person.
Starting weight 1/31/11: 148 lbs
Current weight: 133
Pants: Size 12 to size 8
My message to everyone is this: keep your eye on the goal of being healthy, find your motivation and focus. Preparation and commitment are key. I work long hours in the office and from home, I have a home and 2 boys to take care of. We are all busy but you can do it. I find the MFP message boards extremely motivating. Make small changes each week and create a realistic challenge for yourself. My challenge this week is to incorporate more fruits and veggies every day.

    my goal this week is to exercise 1 hour every day. And I LOVE the message boards. So inspirational.
