Has anyone tried this workout?
How hard is it?
What kind of results did you see from doing it?

I am dressed in my garb to do that dvd right this moment!!
I just got it last week and really like it. I found it to be a great workout - I'm currently 146 5'5 and in moderate shape I guess. I burned 500 calories ( I have a HRM) when I did in on Thursday night> No More Trouble Zones is great too (for strength) but obviously you don't burn as many calories.0 -
Have it...its a lil rough at first! and that's after already owning two of her other videos! It is very good though ....mostly cardio with some strength work during floor segments(plank routines). It does get easier.after a few times(still hard) ...however if you are already used to tons of cardio or that sort of video... it will be doable from the getgo!0

This is my favorite workout so far!! I've been losing weight and inches using this and I switch off with another one..............Cardio Max0

I find this frustrating...lol..I know that strength training burns less calories than cardio BUT...I feel like I KILL myself sometimes on NMTZ...I mean....shouldn't we get a bigger caloric credit than we do???0 -

Ya I agree completely!!! I guess we just have to be happy knowing we're building muscle and that in the end we really will be burning more calories just by living and doing day to day stuff. It is kind of depressing though to do all that work and see such a low number!0 -
I love this one. I always start out feeling "Can I really do this whole thing today?" and then I make it thru and feel a lot better in the end. I am glad she places the ab circuit where she did because even though its still a lil tough, it gives you a mini break that gives you a boost to keep going til the end. My first week doing it (I do it roughly every other day) I lost 3 lbs instead of the usual 1lb.0

Yes, cardio burns more calories at the time...but strength more over the long haul. Muscle burns more calories per lb...and for 24 to 48 hours afterward:)0
