No Sugar Banana ice cream

A friend of mine posted this on a gardening forum. I had to post it here and share. I haven't tried it myself, but will do so as soon as I get some banana's.

I had too many bananas and remembered a recipe I saw on TV.
I chopped up two bananas into about 1" pieces, put them onto parchment paper, and put them in the freezer this morning.
I took them out just now, hard as little rocks, and put them into the Cuisinart, gave them a quick whiz, then added a dollop, (about a heaping tablespoon), of smooth peanut butter and a capful of real vanilla essence, and continued whizzing.
It turned into the most amazing ice cream.
For all those of us who try to keep cream and sugar to a minimum this might just do the trick to satisfy the sweet tooth.
I can't believe how tasty it is.
