Hello again, Just curious about people that work nights (like I do) how do you do your calories and when do you find time to work out.. before work after work. Heck during work?

    I also work shift work and my eating schedules are always messed up. When I work nights its hard for me to get enough sleep and also exercise. All I can suggust is, do what is good for your body and make sure you get enough sleep. Thats a biggie!!! When I got to work at 2330 I would eat just like it was my breakfast and then have a snack around 1:00 or 2:00 and then at 0400 I would have lunch. After I got off around 800 am i would hit the gym, then I would eat dinner usually before I went to bed which wasnt a good thing but it worked for me.

    i will give that a shot its hard to get enough sleep and do that but if it was not a challenge where would the fun be right LOL thank you for responding.
