    Taking my grace day today.

    Wanted to let you all know I won't be around for the rest of the weekend. I'll be away from my computer so I won't be able to log in. I will post the new challenge on Sunday evening when we get back.

    Logged everything, drank 12, exercised about an hour, under calories, and watched What Not to Wear on the DVR.

    Goal 1 - Log all food-Done
    Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water-Done 15 cups
    Goal 3 - work out for 30 minutes per day-Done 3hrs 10min
    Goal 4 - stay under your calories-Done
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself-went for a hike with my 11 yr old, & watched American Idol

    Goal 4 - stay under your calories-Done
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself-went out to lunch with my 11 year old, dad and step-mom. Gonna watch a movie with my 11yr old :happy:

    Logged everything, drank 9, exercised 45, under calories (by too much), and went shopping and had dinner with my bestie.

    Great day, except for the pulled groin muscle from riding my horse. Will have to see how it feels on the bike in the morning...
