    Checking in for week 5 (where has that gone?)

    I lost 1lb this week and am 135lb exactly.
    I didn't do the challenge

    Aim is to lose 2lb next week so 133lb
  • Starting weight: 179.5lbs
    Week 1 weight: 177.5lbs
    Week 2 weight: 176lbs
    Week 3 weight: 175lbs
    Week 4 weight: 175lbs
    Week 5 goal: 173llbs
    Week 5 weight: 174lbs

    Here's my fruit intake (I wasn't sure what counted as a portion, so I went with however many portions the labels on the stuff I bought said it was, so even though I had just one smoothie according to my food diary, if it said it had 2 of my 5 a day in it then I counted it as 2. Hope that's within rules!)

    Monday: 2 portions (1 juice, 1 apple)
    Tuesday: 2 portions (1 juice, 1 apple)
    Wednesday: 2 portions (2 melon medley)
    Thursday: 2 portions (2 melon & grape portions)
    Friday: 3 portions (1 fresh fruit and low fat yogurt, 2 smoothie)
    Saturday: 2 portions (2 smoothie)

    My goal for next week is 172lbs. Probably not gonna make the 10lbs in 7 weeks thing, but at least the challenge has spurred me to lose 5lbs so far :)

    well i made my weigh in goal this week! 157.0!!

    and i've had 13 servings of fruit so far this week and will probably eat a few more today.

    i started this challenge at 161, so so far i'm down 4 lbs and feel great for finding my motivation again!

    time to get my workout in today - i'm getting a massage today too - have a great saturday everyone!!

    Last week, 150.0, today 147.5. I'm very happy with that! I had two servings of fruit every day, and 3 servings of fruit one of the days.

    Stayed at 160 this week. Had two servings of fruit everyday except one serving the first day.

    Stacebob85 lost 1lb, now 174, goal 172 next week
    Sylvia remained the same at 140, goal 138
    Eviesmum lost 1lb, now 135, goal 133
    Zeeba lost 2lb, now 196.2, goal 195
    Boooie lost 1lb, now 164, goal 162
    Nikkiws lost 2lb, now 157, goal 156

    We all completed the fruit challenge.

    After a round of steroids I gained one pound. Weighed in at 175 :( of well, could be worse! Was only able to eat 3 servings of fruit this week due to stomach issues!

    Met my goal for the week....down to 179. Also had my fruit every day. At least 2 every day.
    Next week's goal weight, 178.
