4 nice sized taters cut into cubes
    2 mushrooms sliced
    4 carrots sliced
    1 yellow onion fine chopped
    1 clove of garlic pressed
1 Green bell pepper fine chopped

Curry powder 6 - 9 tbl spoons (I use way more)
    ground ginger 1 tsp
1/2 beef bullion cube (substitution ok)
Beef stew meat (or tofu if you must)

put taters, carrots, and mushrooms, bullion cube in a 9 qt pot cover with water and bring to a boil

saute onion garlic bell pepper and ginger in olive oil for about 3 - 5 mins before adding meat or tofu or even chicken if you want.
Make sure the outside of the meat is browned, then add to the pot and bring the water up to level and add your curry powder, screw it dump it all in..

Reduce heat and let simmer a few hrs. (you can use flour or something like it to thicken it up if you must)

Serve with any type of rice including brown and wild, or option it with something else.

    Good stuff...

Don't know if you like chili, but here goes:

1 lb. 93/7 lean ground beef
    1 can chili ready beans
    1 can chili ready tomatoes

brown beef, mix in tomatoes and beans. heat through and enjoy!

Tuna Salad - low calories & high in protein

    1 Can of tuna
1 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip or Mayo
    1 Celery Stick
    1 Pickle Spear
    Onion (however much you want)

Dice celery, onion and pickle. Mix with tuna and mayo or miracle whip. You could also add tomato or whatever else you like. I like it with 1/2 a piece of whole wheat pita bread.

    Super fast and easy!
