I hate my stupid bat wings...arm flab/ fat... whatever the heck you want to call it. All I know is that I hate them and nothing seems to help. /end rant

    Some of us wish we had that problem.
  • Tricep kickbacks...do a Google search and it will show pics. A picture is all you need to know how to do them. I use 5 lb dumbbells.

    i hate them too especially when ur in the car with the window down and ya arm resting on the door and u can see them in the side mirror, they look bigger in the mirror which sucks....lol
