To getting comfort from food. :ohwell:
I had a really bad day yesterday. I spent a weekend out at the lake (and managed to not go over too badly the whole weekend) and got severely sunburned. My forehead was so swollen yesterday that someone asked if I had been sunburned and stung by a bee. Seriously, it was that bad!

At lunch time I planned on going home and making a PB&J but took up an invitation for Chili's with the coworkers. That is all fine and good but instead of making a good choice I opted for the Triple Dipper Appetizer with Shanghai wings and Southwestern Eggrolls. I did show some self control and asked for a to go box immediately and put 1/2 of it away. Buuuuut, since my forehead was so swollen and my shoulders were on fire all day long I skipped Spin class. What did I do for dinner? Eat something healthy???...noooo....I finished off the Chili's leftovers. Didn't stop there either...followed that up with salsa and tortilla chips. (the chips weren't too bad, I found some sesame seed and flaxseed white corn tortilla chips when I went shopping) But I went waaaaaaaaaay over my calories. It might not have been so bad if I had gone to Spin. So today is a new day. I am eating my oatmeal and drinking my green tea. Going to Spin today even though Tuesday is only my 30 minute cardio day.

Hey Natasha, we all fall victim now and then, and for some of us, again and again. But that was yesterday, and yesterday is gone. You have your plans lined up for today and that is the biggest part, getting back in the game. Have a healthy day and kick some butt at spin class!0

Don't worry girl! Been there, done that! Don't beat yourself up or anything... just get back to being healthy and you'll bounce right back.
I hope your burn feels better soon! That sucks!
