Hi, I'm Claire and I have about 20lbs to lose which I gained over the winter after increasing the dose of antidepressants I am on, basically made me eat everything in sight, I didn't realise but I was eating 3000+ calories a day with little exercise routine.
My pic is me in 2008, basically I have been that same weight (120 lbs / 54 kg ) since after having my daughter, UNTIL winter 2010 when I ballooned 3 dress sizes in 2 months.
Determined to look like that again. But working out 6 days a week is exhausting me! Having to rest today even though didn't plan to, but I find it hard to stick to the calorie limit when not exercising.
I feel loads better for the exercise thought, having said that! I even did a mini triathlon last week.
Love this website x

Anti-depressants (or in my case anti-psychotics as well) are awful, aren't they? I am in a similar situation... weight gain due to anti-psychotic and anti-depressant medication. Welcome - this site really helps.0 -
Thank you! I feel like I'm actually doing something about it which is so heartening. Whereas before I used to just eat more because I was sad about putting on weight....0
