You ladies did SO well this week you've totally inspired me and blown me away at what an awesome start you're all off to!
Let's keep messaging each other and keep on keeping on for week 2!

Azalea30 will be joining us this week getting back on track.

I havn't heard back from chicken23, mismelissac... they might need some encouragement to....

*** Just a thought, what helped you achieve your goals last week mentally and physically? *** What was hardest?

For me, committing to exercise every day helped me be better with my eating cos it reminded me how hard it is to burn off what you eat. The hardest things for me were getting back on track after a sugar binge and trying to eat more during the day so the binge doesnt happen, rather then 'save up' calories just in case....

This week, what helpped me achieve my goals was just keeping in mind that i had only 11 weeks till my holiday and i want to be slimmer for it - its the talk of the family (the holiday) so i cant forget it :).

Also what helpped, was knowing i was keeping in touch with Paige, we sent a message daily and if i hadn't done anything, i went off to do it before exercising, i didnt want to say i hadnt done it, it made it easier to keep too.

Cant believe its been a week already! I feel very proud that, when i fancied something sweet the other day, squash did the job, i didnt need the chocolate and pop etc....when i did have chocolate, it didnt taste as sweet as it used too :)

Anyways - Good job everyone! We all did so well :)

Hi All, sorry I haven't been posting with this group! Saturday was a rest day for me, although I did do some serious shopping at the mall, and I am one of those fast walkers in the mall-I can't spend more than an hour there, so I speed walk to get everything done :) Saturday Night was my girlfriend's birthday, I had a lot of vodka, and so SUnday ended up being a compete day off.

The other thing is, that I am another challenge group, and our challenge is to exercise twice a day. So last week I did exercise twice a day for four days. Thsi week I am planning on twice a day for monday to friday, and once a day for the weekend.

I'm going away this weekend, so if I can be 'good' about my food and exercise at least once a day, I will consider that a sucess.

Congrats all on a great week!

FI- I generally don't weigh myself either, because for me the little changes up and down are too frustrating. I measure twice a month but happened to be at my sister's house and felt 'light' that day and so I weighed and was very pelased :)
