Its that time of day (well in 15 mins time ... 2.30pm UK time) to pick your tune and dance like a loon for 5 mins.
WE CAN BURN 30-60 CALS IN JUST 5 TEENY MINS.

I think so, cause GMT is what the world clock is based on so presumably there's some clock at Greenwich which stays on that all year? Going to have to look it up on wikipeadea now!0
