Question about 30DS

I've had the DVD for a long time, but am finally motivated enough to start doing it. But should I do this in addition to my regular workouts? Or should I cut down some on my regular work outs to add this in?
I typically work out 5-6 days a week with over an hour of cardio (eliptical/treadmill/bicycle) and then some weights.

I might just do a 45 min cardio while you're doing the Shred. It's quite intense even if it's just 30 minutes. Well, 27 to be exact. I was quite tired the first 10 days but I did incorporated some walking. Then the next 20 days, I walked around 3 x a week and that wasn't too bad.0

they way I do it is I do shred for a couple of days, and then I hit the gym for some cardio for a couple of days, and just keep switching back and forth. I also dont do the shred for so many days, I do one level until it gets easy, then I switch to the next level.0
