I think that's a great idea. The only thing I would say is that your suggested calorie budget allows a maximum of 1500 calories. That may work for a lot of people, but when I started, MFP gave me a daily target of 1840 to lose one pound a week. I would amend that to suggest percentages of your daily intake rather than actual calorie numbers.0

Thanks for the tip. Don't know how to do percentages though. I was thinking this was easily fixed by just adding 100 cal per main meal. It is just a general outline....0
