I completely messed up yesterday and I feel it......it is not that I didn't eat healthy but I ate ALOT! Perhaps it was stress but eating was my main focus yesterday. Well, today is a new day. I went to the gym this morning and I feel so much better...amazing what a little exercise can do. I hope to stay within my calories today because tomorrow is weigh-in day

You've already done what I would advise you to do- get right back on track with eating right and exercising. Don't beat yourself up about it- we are human, after all! Besides, stress causes belly fat0
