ouch! Carried away Exercising

I was doing so good last week riding my stationary bike, exercising my arms with small weights, leg lifts on my husband's weight bench...and then I got cocky!
I did curls and butterfly things with heavier weights and did MORE than I should have.
I wasn't so much sore as exhausted for about 4-5 days. Messed up my whole routine.
I have Fibromyalgia and if you overdo it, you pay.
So I payed all weekend. I will have to get back on my SMALL WEIGHT routine, that was working.
2.2 lbs vs 8.8 lbs per arm!

Me too, but now I'm out for 6 weeks with a herniated disc. I'm so disappointed, I felt like I was really getting back on track with my eating, and now I'm just a couch potato. I'm allowed to start walking today... only 20 mins though0

Ouch. so sorry to hear that. I was lucky, no damage, just kicked in my Fibro and I was exhausted for 4-5 days and lost that time. But nothing like you are facing. Good luck, and don't let it get you down.

As a fellow fibro girl, I overdid Saturday and I'm still "paying".
