Why is it my love handles will not go away? Please I need tips to shred these before the summer.

    I go to a boot camp twice a week and we do side plank and while in side plank lift your hips as high as you can and while lifting squeeze the underside obliques - try maybe 10 reps do the other side then repeat 3 times
    we also do
    Bicycle Crunches
    Situps where you lay flat then lift one leg as high as you can and reach up with the opposit hand and reach as far as you can while keeping your lower back tight on the floor and focusing on lifting with your abs and not your neck.

    There are several and most reg ab workouts i would think would also work for your Obliques.

    Do a search I am sure you will find tons that you can also do with excersise balls and weights like side reaches with weighted ball ect.
