Hello to all of my fellow Zumba addicts! I know they say a HRM is the only *real* way to tell how many calories you're burning, but does anyone know how many calories you burn on average for one Zumba class? (Assuming that you are doing all of the high-impact options and really keeping up with the pace) The dance option in the fitness database seems a little low...

Take a look at http://www.zumbacalories.com enter your weight, workout duration & intensity and it will calculate how many calories you have burned based on average metabolic rates0
