My name is Cathy, and I am looking to meet people with similar goals...I have had several non-exercise related injuries, so I am a tad bit afraid of hurting myself again...I have had enough rehab for any 2 people, I swear,lol...I am just taking baby steps in starting to run/jog/gasping walk,lol...my goal for now is to do a 5k by the end of the summer. Since I weigh almost 200 pounds, I want to take it slow and ease into a program, so I can continue it for years. add me as a friend, I can use encouragement/butt kicking,lol
