Needed....

...people to look at my food and exercise diary and give me tips. I want to lose 13-15 lbs. I lost 2 lbs the first week and maintained this second week. I rarely eat out and generally eat lots of fruits and veggies. All that being said, I am aware that I've gone under 1200 a couple of days when I worked out in the evening and hadn't planned for it in my day. I've been working on that though.

    Thanks! I needed that reminder. I definitely feel better and healthier since I started on here, so I will focus on that. :)
