Not New, Just Opening Up

SO I have been on the site for little over a month now and I've lost 11 lbs. Not only have I lost a little weight I have also learned a little bit about myself. My eating habits have been messed up for quite some time and I am committed to making the changes that will keep me healthy and happy.
I have a sizable goal, to lose 100 lbs, which will put me back to my basketball playing weight in High School. Now I do not have delusions that I will be in the same shape I was in High School, however, I do know that 200 lbs is a healthy weight for me. My wife is the one that got our family started on this site and I have enjoyed the ride so far.
I have noticed that there are not a lot of active men on this site but the ones that I have talked to have been a big help
