Ok, so I have been curious on whether or not I should be eating some, none or all of my exercise calories back. I found this post and it was VERY helpful. I just wanted to share with anyone who hasn't come across it yet. Enjoy!

At first I was not eating my excercise calories. My weight loss was stalled. Once I started to eat more I started to lose!0

Ive seen several opinions on this..but I must say I was not eating mines and I stalled, I tried to eat them and got closer to my daily intake goal and I lost 1.5lb that week...
I just exercie less so I had less to eat back...I still leave about 200 a day but I was leaving over 700 a day!
Good luck! :happy:0 -
not a fan , it makes no sense to me to go to the gym and work out and sweat to burn of 1000 cals then go home and eat them , why not just not go to the gym and stick to your goal, a lot easier solution.
Surely people can see that, even my trainer agrees at the gym.
