So here I am at work, busy as all get up, hadn't had anything to eat. I grabbed Chex Mix and ate half of my daily calories. :( Stupid Monday's.

    I've been guilty like that quite a few times. Try to find some way to move while at work. I do leg lifts when I can and those twisting things with your back, side, and stomach.

    Go for a little walk during your lunch break and don't beat yourself up about a slip. It happens, take a breath and keep going! You can do it!

    Side note: Your quote about being called fat brought me to tears, it's so true and so very sad.

    Well I think my first mistake was waiting this long to eat. Skipped breakfast.
