So here I am at work, busy as all get up, hadn't had anything to eat. I grabbed Chex Mix and ate half of my daily calories.
Stupid Monday's.

I've been guilty like that quite a few times. Try to find some way to move while at work. I do leg lifts when I can and those twisting things with your back, side, and stomach.0

Go for a little walk during your lunch break and don't beat yourself up about a slip. It happens, take a breath and keep going! You can do it!
