I have lost 25lbs since last year. My jeans skinny jeans(size 12 not really skinny, but for me it is,sad I know). I am the weight I meet my husband before two kids. I was very happy that I reach 25lbs loss, however I am not happy, now.
I feel fat. I am not happy with the loss I feel I really need to lose more and my starting point should be now.
Not really sure why I feel this way, like what I lost is not good enough. I have not had time to workout since two months ago, but my eating habits have been great I have change that and have kept my weight at an even weight give or take a few lbs with water gain and such. I know I should be happy but I am not.
Doe anyone feel like this?

We all think we can always do better. You have to remember that you want to be healthy and too much weight loss can be just as unhealthy as being overweight. I want you to love looking at yourself, but don't get confused on what you should look like, heaven forbid you become anorexic. I would talk to your doctor and see what range he/she feels is a good range for you and try your best to stay within it.
Hugs..

the closer I get to my "goal" weight the more I worry if Im going to be happy when I get there. Right now I am shifting my focus to toning and losing a few more inches to see if this helps me to feel better about my progress when I look in the mirror.0

I feel that way too at times. I lost 90lbs and still feel *fat*. I have to remind myself that I'm not fat anymore...228lbs was fat! I'm a size 6/8. I used to wear a 22! That was fat. It's hard sometimes to really like your body but you have to look at where you were and where you are now. 25lbs is a huge loss and you should feel proud of your hard work! Congratulations! :flowerforyou:0
