    I didnt know she had one! But I love her!! She is my favorite of the three! lol. I will have to look in to it!

    i saw it, and LoL'd...any stupid thing to make MORE money..if i was going to buy anyone's workout video, i would buy kendra..

    I've seen clips on Youtube and it looks like any other basic workout. She uses step and a few weights! Nothing major! But I like step so I'm thinking about getting it, LOL! She's kinda my body idol! :)

    I was doing it for a while and to me some of the stuff was kicking my *kitten* and i did lose so pounds
