Hey! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 24 and a Web Developer who spends most of his day on his *kitten* at the computer. I started going to the gym December 1, 2010 and have lost almost 10 lbs already and started toning up and see significant gains in strength. I decided to join this site, after my girlfriend has been on it for a month, to actually monitor what I was eating and to hopefully improve my health and fitness even more.
