I'm Angie and I just started my fitnesspal. I've been on my weight loss journey pretty much my whole life, but finally got it right about a year ago. My starting weight on my new journey was 295.0 I'm currently at 192.0 with a goal of 165 pounds. It's been long and hard but well worth it! I'm trying to inspire others by doing it the right way and keeping myself motivated in the process. I made a lifestyle change...one that will last the rest of my life. I want people to know not to go for the quick fix and diet, it will never work! Changing what you eat, how you feel about yourself and keeping your butt moving 7 days a week will make all the difference in the world!!! Never give up....you can do this!!!!
