I'm not considered overweight but this past year has been a hard one and has resulted in packing on a few pounds. I use to be pretty fit, ran a lot and did strength training at least 1-2 time a week. For the past year I've gone through losing a close family member, quit smoking (yay me) and have gone through surgery. As a result I've gotten out of practice with my fitness goal and plans. Eating habits had gone from pretty good to comfort food and anything on the go because of my busy life. Though the course of all this I've gained 10-15 lbs., nothing to major but I need something that will help me get back on track with my life and shed these unwanted pounds. I have seen a friend using this tool and it seems to be working for her and I am so proud of what she has accomplished. So, I thought I would give it a try. What do I have to lose......except pounds and inches! :laugh:
