HALP!
I am doing the 30 day shred and i am a bit sore (I am on the last days of level 3) so I decided to go back to level but noticed I am only making half the burn, what does that mean?
I was still pushing my self and sweating heaps!

More than likely it means that your fitness level has improved. That is a good thing. Just means that you may have to work harder/try some other things.

Sadly, I think that you do see diminishing results over time as your weight goes down and your fitness level goes up all other factors being equal. While a 50% reduction does seem drastic, I think this is the reason.

Thanks Guys! I might look into getting anothr work out DVD and alternating them week by week I have only lost 5 kgs but 17 inches over all0
